Shipping:
Please allow 3-5 days before your items ship. We do our best to get your items shipped as soon as possible. You may contact us with any concerns at:
At this time many of our products come from a printing facility as we do not have the space or capabilities to have the equipment in our shop or have the space for inventory. Hopefully in the future we can change this. For this reason your packages may come seperately if more than one item is ordered, and packaging may look different. We also have to abide by the printing facilities shipping and return rules, but again hopefully in the future we can change this.
We do charge shipping rates which will be calculated at checkout unless other wise stated or running a promotion. We only charge what it costs us to ship if there is shipping costs to you.
For Returns:
Please contact us at: [email protected] first. For many of our products we use a print company and will need to be sent directly to them for returns or exchanges. We will only offer a refund or exchange for misprinted or damaged items. We do require a photograph.
Other handmade products will be sent to a different address sor please reach out to us for instructions at [email protected] first. At this time we do not accept returns for wrong size ordered.
Also, some of the shirts from the print on demand may have a smell from the ink and printing process but this is temporary. It is part of the process they use to make sure the ink adheres to the fabric to prevent peeling.
For handmade products we will only provide a refund or exchange if damged or broken in transit. We carefully inspect our handmade products before they are shipped. You will be asked to provide a picture and we will be happy to refund or replace the product.
For our Products from our print company it will depend on which facility it was sent to you so once you email us we can send you the specific address to make sure it reaches the appropiate facility.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If the customer provided address is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility or returned to our shop. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the correct address once the correct address is updated if applicable. If the address is incorrect on our part due to a spelling error or typo we will reship at no extra cost to you.
